Inrupt is looking for a Head of Customer Experience to grow, manage, and operationalize our Technical Presales, Support, and Customer Success teams. This individual will work closely with the Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams to support business development efforts and refine the customer onboard and enablement process.

As a Solutions Architect you will be comfortable in Business Development contexts and interacting with senior roles in large enterprises and governments. Great Solutions Architects are also great communicators, and can expertly convey a vision for a technical architecture and its implications to the business.
Pre-Sales Solution Architects are responsible for guiding our customers to build reliable, scalable systems using the Inrupt platform. You'll work closely with our Business Development Team and play a key role in closing new business and expanding existing relationships. You'll be a trusted technical advisor to a wide range of stakeholders in the world's largest organizations.
