Inrupt is looking for a Head of Customer Experience to grow, manage, and operationalize our Technical Presales, Support, and Customer Success teams. This individual will work closely with the Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams to support business development efforts and refine the customer onboard and enablement process.

You will play a key role in closing new business, deepening existing relationships, and ensuring long term customer satisfaction through successful and scalable deployments of Inrupt’s Enterprise Solid Server.
